an online assessment designed to measure
your suitability for the role.
Please note: Only one application can be reviewed per
cycle. If you submit multiple applications, only the first
one received will be considered. In the event that the
programme you apply for is oversubscribed, we’ll contact
you regarding other programmes you may be eligible for.
Please note: If you apply for a Degree Apprenticeship or
Graduate Apprenticeship programme, you will be required
to complete a one-way video interview after finishing
your online assessment.

Offer
Join a virtual assessment centre
where you will be expected to deliver a
presentation, take part in an interactive
group-based activity, and an interview
with our assessors.
If you are amongst the strongest
candidates, you will receive your formal
offer to join the Babcock Apprentice
Scheme, including next steps, and a warm
welcome from the Onboarding team.

First Day
Kick off your onboarding by completing
pre-employment checks and receiving
practical information to help you transition
smoothly into your new role.
Step into your new role with confidence as
