I’m part of a few different networks and
groups at Babcock, which has been a really
positive part of my experience. I’m involved
in the STEM network, going into schools
to inspire the next generation. It’s really
rewarding to share my experience and
encourage others to consider similar pathways.
I’m also part of the neurodiversity network.
As someone who is dyslexic, it’s been really
helpful to connect with individuals who
understand similar challenges. It’s a really
supportive space where people can share
experiences, advice, and feel more confident
in the workplace.
